Featured Property - Angel's Arms
Thanks to Pittsburgh's strong religious heritage, the city is graced with hundreds of stunning churches. As congregations' needs have changed, their loss has become our gain. Amazing buildings like this, the former St Michael the Archangel Church (1861-1993), have been repurposed for residential needs. Angel's Arms has retained the historic detail to create architecturally unique condos. Located in one of the city's most popular neighborhoods, Angel's Arms offers panoramic views of the city that is just a short commute away.

SOUTH
The Souther Section of the City includes the historic areas of South Side and Mt. Washington. Here one finds distinctive neighborhoods with many late nineteenth and early twentieth century homes. Several of these magnificent Victorian Homes have been converted into condos. While the South Side tends to be a more “compact” residential area it also offers Cason Street featuring many restaurants, bars and specialty shops. The “Mount”, as Mt Washington is called, offers a more “residential” setting with some areas offering spectacular views of the Downtown section of the city and the three rivers. Coming out of the City you enter into the southern suburbs which include Bethel Park, Mt Lebanon and Upper St Clair. These were developed primaily throught out the 1950’s up to present day featuring large residential settings with a variety of shops and malls. These reisdents enjoy the quieter suburban atmosphere while maintaining a close proximity to the theater and night life of Downtown.
